Join us at Mt. Rainier National Park
Mount Rainier is the most prominent peak in the Cascade Range and holds 25 active glaciers. It’s also one of the oldest national parks. We will spend our day discovering what makes this national park so memorable and have ample time to explore your wild side.
We will be meeting at a pre-determined location in the Park and hike the trail or trails we have selected together. Depending on your interests, we will stay in one area for a longer hike or drive to different trailheads to enjoy different hiking possibilities. Our time on the trail will give you a sense of wonder, awe and peacefulness. Enjoy the freshness of pristine mountain air, the sounds of glacial fed rivers, the songs of many birds and the whistles of hoary marmots. Throughout the day we will be on the lookout for a variety of wildlife, learn about glaciers, geology, ecology and the Park’s unique history.
I will help you choose from a variety of hiking trails that will give you a personal connection to this amazing National Park.
